Personal Training

Blitz the body fat with fun, high intensity exercise. Our Personal Trainers will design a workout plan tailored to your individual goals and fitness ability.

Boot Camp

Train in small groups with individual attention from JAG’s Coaches. Burn over 500 calories, increase your fitness levels and push your boundaries.

Yoga & Wellness

Recharge your mind and body at our weekly yoga classes and relax at the exclusive spa facilities of the Hilton Deansgate hotel.

Detailed, realistic meal plans

Our Nutritional Coach will provide a bespoke meal plan with healthy recipes to increase your energy levels and reduce body fat.

Personal Training:

Monday to Friday 6am-12pm and 5pm – 9pm, Saturday 8am- 12pm

Boot Camp:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at 6pm and Saturday at 10am
