Every client is unique with different abilities, goals and challenges. So our team of health coaches, personal trainers, yoga instructor and massage therapist design bespoke programs to fit around each client to help deliver life-changing results through mindfulness, nutrition and exercise.

All our sessions are held in carefully selected semi-private locations across Manchester, giving you privacy and a friendly environment, so you can focus on achieving results without worrying about getting embarrassed.

Jamal – Founder / Lead Lifestyle Coach


As the founder of JAG, my vision for the company was always very clear from the beginning. JAG was founded to help people reach their potential through health, wellness and fitness.

Having been a trainer for over 6 years working in many different environments including corporate, luxury health clubs, private personal training studios and commercial gyms. I have been unimpressed with what is on offer in the ‘fitness industry’ and how the industry is viewed, I always saw myself as something more than a personal trainer, I saw myself as a coach who helped develop my clients overall physical and mental well-being to a point where they could flourish without my guidance. 

JAG is here to provide this development to our clients through the disciplines of Yoga, Pilates, Fitness, Nutrition and Massage. Through these disciplines I believe that JAG can one day lead the health revolution within the UK and beyond.

Meesha – Body Transformation Coach

As a qualified PT and Fitness Instructor, I am passionate about fitness and wellbeing and I’m on a mission to help the public live healthier lifestyles.

I am committed to educating clients on ways to incorporate more exercise, healthier food and wellbeing tips into their busy lifestyles. I truly understand the benefits of exercise for stress release and aiding mental health and believe that the key to overall wellness – physical, mental and emotional – lies in the balance between regular exercise, healthy eating and sufficient rest. As a PT with JAG, I offer individual PT sessions and Boot Camp classes to help you on your health and fitness journey.

Jeremiah – Body Transformation Coach

I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor & sports studies extended diploma holder.

Since I was a child, I’ve been passionate about football, basketball, athletics and competed in boxing at local and regional levels; winning multiple county championships and medals. All the years of multiple styles of training have given me so much knowledge into how to improve fitness, physical appearance and lifestyle. Spreading my knowledge is my passion and my joy, and you will notice it from the moment you meet me. Can’t wait to start working with you!

Kacea – Yoga Instructor

My journey started 6 years ago, when I was suffering from a trapped sciatic nerve, which brought me to try yoga and pilates for the first time. Remember my first yoga class, falling asleep in Savasana (the final resting posture pronounced shaa-vaa-sa-na) and thinking wow, this stuff really works! After keeping up a regular practise I started to reap those life changing benefits: improved mental clarity, purposeful breath and inner strength. I have continued to explore different styles and schools of thought within the huge umbrella of Yoga, the learning never ends!

Naturally I decided to take my journey to the next phase earlier last year- travelling to India to deepen my understanding, participating in 200 hours worth of Yoga teacher training. Since then I have been teaching privately and at my local gym.

Annabel Eve – Health Development Officer

I’m a Health & Wellness Practitioner with clinical experience and a background in Medical Anthropology
(the study of different healthcare systems around the world) and cross-cultural psychology.

I’ve always loved being active- representing my county in various sports as a kid and even managing to play football for Blackburn Rovers and Manchester United girls at one point (my only claim to fame :D). These days I prefer running, going to the gym and cycling in my spare time, and it’s this personal experience of keeping fit that has taught me just how integral it can be to both our mental and physical wellbeing. I’ve definitely slipped off the ‘healthy-bum bandwagon’ now and again, but this has only ever reinforced the fact that keeping active really is our passport to living a healthier, more fulfilling and balanced life.

With this in mind, I chose to channel my knowledge and expertise into the world of health screening and lifestyle advice to motivate others achieve their personal health goals, and I’ve spent the last few years working in this capacity. Now with over 5000+ clinical appointments under my belt; some nutrition and phlebotomy training along the way, I’m extremely excited to be to embarking on this new venture with JAG! We’re bringing the health, fitness and wellbeing faculties right to your office door and other top venues in the heart of Manchester – so get those passports out and hopefully see you at one of our health clinics very soon!
