Personal training

Our Transformation Coaches will design a workout plan tailored to your individual goals and fitness ability and will be there to support you all the way.

Lunch time fitness slots

Our 30-minute workouts will give you the fitness boost to increase your energy levels and build strength fast. Train in small groups with individual attention from JAG’s Coaches.

Yoga classes

Recharge your mind with our sunrise or sunset yoga sessions at the 5* Lowry hotel, and enjoy a free juice at the bar after your class.

Bespoke meal plan

Our Nutritional Coach will create a bespoke meal plan to increase your energy levels and reduce body fat, and will guide you through any challenges you might face during your journey.

Spa treatments

Recovery is just as important as hard work. Recharge with monthly massage treatments and relax at the spa facilities of the Hilton Deansgate hotel.

Gym membership

Enjoy free access to the semi-private Lowry gym studio between Monday to Thursday 10am-8pm.
